How it works is simple. You refer a potential buyer, and then your referral is placed with one of our real estate agents. They do all the showing, paperwork, and administrative work related to the transaction. When the sale is closed, you get paid the commission.

For example: You refer a potential buyer and we close a $200.000 house sale with the customer you refer us. We do $10.000 in that transaction in that case 15% is for you $1500!!!, just for refer a potential buyer!!

The more sales are generated more revenue we share the more % commission we give.

It's that easy !!! 

• 15% is the referral (initial) commission.


• This is 15% of any fee we collect from the sale to any customer you referred.


• The Commission is to be paid after a successful closing only, after the owner (the one that sales his property to your referral customer) pays Costa Rica Best Land fee.


• This is strictly a referral commission. Besides getting the answer to a few simple questions NO OTHER WORK is required from you.


• Upon receipt of the referral, we immediately give you a legal agreement “Referral Commission Guarantee”.


• We most be able to deal with the borrower directly.
